Court to frame charges against Advani on Friday

Lucknow: The IWC special court, which held a daily hearing in the case of Babri’s demolition in 1992, postponed the indictment against six Sangh Parivar leaders, while one of them appeared on Thursday. The court asked them to be present on May 30 for the prosecution of charges, and said no further deferment would be allowed.
Six other saffron leaders – LK Advani, former Union Minister Murli Manohar Joshi, Minister of Unity, Uma Bharti, Vinay Katiyar MP, Sadhvi Rithambara and Vishnu Hari Dalmiya – would be accused for their role in the conspiracy behind the Demolition of Babri Masjid on Friday.
